Best Value Schools uses independent national data to create the rankings, which also includes average undergraduate graduation rates and tuition rates.
IUP offers 140 undergraduate majors, nearly 60 master's degree programs, and 14 doctoral degrees.
This recent ranking follows IUP's recognition in the top 20 鈥淏est Online Colleges and Universities鈥 for 2019鈥20 in the nation by EdSmart.org, a nationally recognized publisher of college resources and rankings.
Rankings are based on affordability and return on investment, while also considering factors such as graduation and retention rates.
