Thomas and Virginia Schott of DuBois, first-generation college graduates and alumni of 糖心vlog and Clarion University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Clarion), respectively, have gifted IUP $25,000 to establish the Thomas and Virginia Schott Social Studies Scholarship at IUP.

This year鈥檚 recipient of the 2020 Kappa Delta Pi Dean鈥檚 Leadership Award is McKenzie Rihn. The KDP Dean鈥檚 Chapter Service Award was given to Jillian Black and Brooke Darno. The awards recognize outstanding leadership and service in the field of teacher education
